Gabriel is a Senior Litigation Associate at Jacobowitz Newman Tversky, focusing on complex commercial civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Jacobowitz Newman Tversky, Gabriel had a strong track record of success and extensive experience while working in various law firms. He has counseled clients on various litigation matters including partnership disputes, real estate litigation and estate litigation. In connection with his representations, Gabriel has prepared various court documents, including motions, appellate briefs, discovery demands, settlement agreements, and contracts. Gabriel also regularly appears in state and federal court.
Gabriel earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law, where he consistently had made the Dean’s List and received a Distinguished Merit Scholarship.
