Adam is an attorney specializing in commercial real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Adam was an associate at a prominent boutique real estate firm in New York City, where he assisted clients with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Adam also gained substantial real estate experience while working for a real estate management company. While in law school, Adam served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro, of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and was a summer associate with a boutique law firm located in New York.

Adam received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he received the Kenneth W. Gemmill Prize for best paper in the field of taxation.  He was also a Senior Editor of the Journal of International Law.  While in law school, he earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School.
