Adam is an experienced real estate attorney specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Healthcare Law. Adam assists and advises clients in all matters relating to commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, and leasing transactions. Adam has extensive experience in the preparation, negotiation, and review of transaction documents, including operating agreements, joint venture agreements, stock purchase agreements, real estate purchase agreements, operations transfer agreements, leases and licenses, loan documents, and other business and real estate agreements. Adam has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers yearly, since 2017.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam was an associate at a prominent boutique real estate firm in New York City, where he assisted clients with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Adam received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he received the Kenneth W. Gemmill Prize for best paper in the field of taxation. He was also a Senior Editor of the Journal of International Law. While in law school, he earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School, and served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro, of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
