Ari Lipsky is an associate in the Real Estate and Healthcare practices at JNT, where he specializes in real estate and healthcare transactions. Ari has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, lease transactions, and financing. Ari also has significant experience navigating clients through complex health care matters including drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, transaction documents and loan documents.
Prior to joining JNT, Ari was a real estate associate at a prestigious international law firm where he focused his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, lease transactions and property financings. Ari also has experience representing developers and operators in affordable housing construction and rehabilitation transactions and loans.
Ari received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law while simultaneously obtaining rabbinic ordination from Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary.
