Mordechai Biegeleisen is a partner in JNT’s Corporate and Healthcare departments. Prior to joining JNT, Mordechai was a corporate associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP. Mordechai advises clients on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity investments, financings and general corporate strategy, agreements, and transactions. Mordechai’s experience includes transactions and corporate advice in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, consumer goods and retail, manufacturing, technology, construction, and real estate investment and management.
Mordechai received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Certificate in Management and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
