Rachel is a Litigation Associate at Jacobowitz Newman Tversky, focusing on an array of civil matters.
Prior to joining Jacobowitz Newman Tversky, Rachel spent five years at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. While serving as a Senior Assistant District Attorney, Rachel worked with victims, witnesses, and law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute a variety of serious crimes. Rachel has successfully negotiated hundreds of pleas, successfully challenged written motions, and conducted pre-trial hearings before trial judges. Rachel has also conducted jury and bench trials to verdict.
Rachel earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law In 2016, where she served as the Articles Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Rachel earned her Bachelor’s Degree from CUNY Queens College in 2013, where she graduated summa cum laude.
