Raphael is an associate in the corporate department. Raphael received his J.D. with Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2011 where he was a Research Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. Raphael also received a Certificate in Tax Studies and was named a Dean’s Scholar while at the University of Connecticut School of Law.
